Tracey Hunter Art![]()
North Cornwall based artist Tracey Hunter Influences are from the cubist art movement, one of the most significant art movements of the twentieth century. Cubist founders Picasso and Braque reduced their subjects to basic geometric forms, rejecting the traditional philosophy that art should copy nature. Tracey has studied this form using a limited palette, and has adapted the style to suit the environment she finds herself in. Tracey’s paintings have sold internationally and added to many private collections. Exhibits – Market House Gallery – Marazion Fernlea Gallery – St Ives Karensa Art – Padstow Studio - Wadebridge. ![]() ![]() |

I work from my studio at home; the sweeping views of the moor give me so much inspiration. Mostly I work in oils and watercolour but also pastel. Very often the discipline of one medium can influence another helping to create a particular image. I would like to experiment with mixed media, perhaps this will be my project for next year. It is very special to be commissioned to paint a portrait. You can see the one that hangs at the HQ of the Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust on my website and also many other pictures which include pet portraits land and seascapes. Flower painting is also a love of mine so do contact me. I may be able to paint a picture to suit you. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
